Products, prices and offers

Product photographs are illustrative. Colour, appearance, packaging, batch, size and availability may differ from the display. Review the description, quantity and pack size before ordering.

Prices, eligible offers, taxes, delivery charges and the final total are shown during shopping or checkout. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and may refuse or cancel an affected order, with an eligible prepaid amount returned under the refund policy.

Orders and customer details

Orders are subject to stock, payment verification and delivery serviceability. You must provide an accurate name, active phone number, complete delivery address and correct PIN code. We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Cancellation and misuse

We may hold, modify or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an incorrect listing, payment failure or verification issue, an unsupported location, incomplete details, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, repeated unfulfillable orders or misuse of an offer.

Delivery, returns and applicable law

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control. Cancellations, replacements and refunds follow their separate policies. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
